Dr Town has been in practice in his 2 offices in Orillia and Coldwater since 1990. He grew up in Orillia and returned to his home town to start his career after 10 years of post-secondary education (BSc from U of T, 1984 and DC from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, 1990).
His current office in Orillia was an exciting project for him. The house, purchased in 2006, was renovated to create a comfortable and inviting environment by Dr Town (and a cadre of family and friends!).
Dr Town has a variety of passions outside chiropractic. He was a member of Canada’s national swim team and still competes in master’s competitions where he has set world records for his age. At the YMCA he has been chair of the board, volunteered in many capacities and has coached the master’s swim team for 20 years. Recently Dave has indulged his passion for history by researching the history of Orillia’s remarkable YMCA and in 2008 published his detailed book on the Y. He is currently immersed in another history writing venture – look for an even more remarkable book soon. Dr Town has always tried to stay active in the community and is busy on city and university committees.
Our office, we hope, is friendly and convenient. Dr Town runs a relaxed, patient centred practice committed to sensible, thorough care.
